Summary of main purpose of this job:
Support current and future business needs through recruitment and selection of very good talents and also development, motivation and preservation of human resources.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management
Ensure positive relationship with social partners like unions.
Essential requirements of skills, experience, physical requirements etc.:
1) University degree in HR Management or equivalent
2) Professional experience - at least 7 years at a similar position
3) Very good skills in recruitment and selection process
4) People oriented and result driven.
5) Deep knowledge of Tunisian Labor law.
6) Excellent active listening and negotiation skills
7) Very good knowledge of HR systems : Time control, payroll, recruitment.
8) Language skills: Fluent written and spoken English
9) Very familiar in cooperation with labor unions
10) Able to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all company levels.
11) Excellent communication.
12) Flexible.
Main tasks, duties, authorization limits and deputy functions:
1-Suport current and future business needs through selection and recruitment of very good talents.
2-Ensure a positive work environment through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
3-Create career development programs for good talents
4- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
5- Ensure compliance to local labor laws and regulations
6-Lead Cooperation and negotiations with labor unions
7-Resolve conflicts between employees
08-Regular contact/exchange with Corporate HR
09-Sign HR documents on behalf of the company
