Description de l'annonce:

As the Head of the Corporate Communication of BANK ABC Tunisia, you should be able :

  • To create, implement and oversee corporate communication programs that effectively describe and actively promote ABCT and its products locally to the targeted constituents (clients, customers, regulators, community and / or employees as appropriate) in a cost effective manner.
  • To establish, promote and continuously enhance an outstanding corporate brand for the ABCT.
  • To participate in strategic planning and to coordinate marketing campaigns for ABCT in line with the Group’s defined objectives.
  • To Cultivate ideas, interact directly with product managers in identifying new marketing opportunities; prepare regular marketing activity reports and respond appropriately to questions from the media, other organizations and/or ABC Shareholders.
  • To research, supervise and coordinate corporate events and major activities that promote the brand of ABCT
  • To maintain ABCT’s website and intranet and keep both current and dynamic.

Education/Certifications :

  • BA in Media Studies, Journalism, Public Relations or Communications field and/or 6-8 years directly related experience in Corporate Communications, Shareholder Relations and/or Client Services.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Outstanding communication skills in both Arabic, French and English, clearly articulate with both the written and spoken word;
  • Ability to understand a variety of people from different cultures and levels; ability to project a very professional image. International level exposure and experience preferred.
  • Must have a strong understanding of corporate communications, company culture, and how to protect and promote the brand of the company and use this information to execute effective corporate communications strategies.
  • A solid understanding of the financial industry in order to implement effective communication of information through different mediums and processes.
  • Highly computer literate with extensive understanding of Microsoft Office packages as well as technical media design and production is essential
  • Key skills and competencies include: (a) strategic thinking (b) problem-solving (c) communication (d) collaboration/teamwork (e) organization/detail oriented.

  • Excellent organisational, presentation and design skills.
  • Ability to influence and persuade all levels of the organization through strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Master at establishing priorities and responsibilities in order to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

  • Must have master level presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to speak confidently and articulately to large and small groups of people.

  • Creative problem solving skills with the ability to act proactively and rapidly to sudden and changing events; including crisis management statements and media relations.
