We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR and Admin Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative and human resources tasks. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist with HR administrative tasks, including employee files, contracts, and onboarding
Help coordinate recruitment activities and scheduling of interviews
Manage general office administration and supplies
Handle internal communication and follow-up with different departments
Support payroll data preparation and attendance tracking
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Motorized (having your own vehicle is required for mobility needs)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
What We Offer:
