LRT Innovation Labs is looking for an ambitious and early-career professional to join our growing HR & Recruitment team!

Are you passionate about people, eager to learn, and ready to kickstart your HR journey in an international, fast-paced environment? This opportunity might be for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Source candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms

• Post job ads and manage responses

• Screen CVs and help arrange interviews

• Assist in HR operations like attendance tracking and onboarding

• Support all stages of the recruitment cycle

Ideally, you:

• Recently graduated from a school with a focus on HR, Management, or a related field

• Have completed internships in recruitment or HR

• Are detail-oriented, proactive, and curious to grow in the HR domain

• Speak and write fluent English
