Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect information regarding the energy consumption and heating system of our customers.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments between our sales managers and interested potential customers.

  • Manage and update the appointment database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of the information.

  • Provide high-quality customer service by phone and email, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Contribute to the smooth organization of appointments to optimize the sales team’s work.

Profile: 

What We Are Looking For:

  • Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken

  • Fluency in English, as it is our working language.

  • Good computer literacy.

  • Previous experience in telephone customer service is an advantage but not required.

  • A strong desire to learn and actively contribute to a dynamic team.

  • A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude, with a strong desire to be part of a growing adventure.

  • Availability to work on Saturdays (on a rotating basis).
