We are a subsidiary of an international French company, a leader in its sector, and we are hiring a Team Manager for our call center to ensure high-quality customer service while optimizing team performance and operational efficiency.
Are you a passionate leader with a strong background in call center operations? Do you thrive on driving performance and coaching teams to success? If you have excellent English skills and solid experience in managing a call center floor, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  •  Supervise and lead a team of English-speaking agents
  • Ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans
  • Coach, train, and motivate teams to maximize efficiency
  • Analyze KPIs and suggest corrective actions
  • Ensure service quality and compliance with internal procedures
  •  Manage schedules and optimize call flow organization

Profile & Skills Required:

  •  Proven experience as r Team Leader in a call center ( Minimum 2 years )
  •  Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
  •  Strong leadership, coaching, and adaptability skills
  •  Good knowledge of reporting tools and call center KPIs
  •  Organizational and time-management skills
  • Team player with the ability to inspire and motivate others
