We are a subsidiary of an international French company, a leader in its sector, and we are hiring a Team Manager for our call center to ensure high-quality customer service while optimizing team performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of English-speaking agents
- Ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans
- Coach, train, and motivate teams to maximize efficiency
- Analyze KPIs and suggest corrective actions
- Ensure service quality and compliance with internal procedures
- Manage schedules and optimize call flow organization
Profile & Skills Required:
- Proven experience as r Team Leader in a call center ( Minimum 2 years )
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and adaptability skills
- Good knowledge of reporting tools and call center KPIs
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Team player with the ability to inspire and motivate others
