Position:  TALENT SOURCING SPECIALIST

Your Role:

as a Talent Sourcing Specialist you play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet Ozeol’s recruitment needs. You focus on proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines and work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Talent Acquisition Assistants to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Additionally, the Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible forensuring accurate and structured reporting on sourcing activities and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities: 

*Talent Sourcing

Identify, engage, and pre-screen candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals. Build strong pipelines for current and future needs.

*Team Collaboration

Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Assistants to ensure quality sourcing and effective tracking.

*Reporting & Insights

Track and report sourcing performance. Update databases and provide recommendations to improve results.

*Employer Branding

Represent Ozeol’s brand professionally. Attend events and network to attract top talent.

What We’re Looking For 

Skills and Competencies:

    • Degree in HR, Business, or related field

    • Experience in sourcing or recruitment preferred

    • Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search & sourcing tools

    • Strong communication in English (French/others a plus)

    • Team-oriented with a data-driven approach

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to manage claims and disputes effectively. 
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
