As part of the development of its telesales activity, Outsourcia is recruiting "Social Media Customer Support" with the following missions:

our Main Mission:

  • Provide a seamless customer experience by assisting clients with their inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and offering post-sales support.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
  • Highlight the value proposition of our services to meet customer needs.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve processes and services.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the products and services offered.

Above all, we seek an enthusiastic, confident, and passionate Customer Support Specialist ready to engage with clients and provide exceptional assistance.

Successful candidates must have:

  • bilingual profile:
    • Fluent English (spoken and written)
    • C1 level in French (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in a similar customer support role.
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in technical support, ideally with a background in sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations across different social media platforms
