You will be
providing operational and hands-on support to the plant to achieve its targeted
performance and more in terms of personnel costs, headcount, budget and related
KPIs. Whether it is by leading recruitment projects, overseeing employee /
industrial relations, planning succession, guiding your fellow managers on
performance management or monitoring time & attendance and payroll
administration, your contribution to the plant will be key to its success.
Working closely with the Regional HR Manager MEA, you administer, support and
comply with Country and Company policies, processes and systems used and you
act as a Single Point of Contact for HR-related activities. A safety mind-set
is very important as is attention to detail where people and processes are
concerned.
About
you:
The ideal candidate has significant Human Resources generalist experience (7-10
years) and a minimum of 7 years at management level, ideally within a
manufacturing, high-volume and fast-paced environment. You are educated to
degree level and HR qualified.
With strong influencing and interpersonal skills, you are able to establish
credibility with senior management. You can demonstrate the ability to motivate
and positively influence others. You have a robust understanding of the
operational delivery of people agendas covering HR admin and payroll,
attraction, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, talent
management, organisational change and development and Employee Relations.
You will be an effective communicator with good interpersonal skills at all
levels both internally and externally. You will possess strong change
management, negotiation, influencing skills and people management experience.
With solid problem-solving and analytical capabilities, you are able to analyse
Human Resources data, find root causes and develop short, medium and
long-term plans accordingly. You are proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel),
preferably with a working knowledge of HR information systems (ie SAP). Fluency in
English is required.
