PhoneAct is recruiting "Customer Service Support” (Phone channel support).

Your Main Mission:

- Delivering a positive customer experience while assisting customers with their inquiries,

- Handling customer issues and providing them with the relevant solutions,

- Ensuring a high level customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

Above all, a cheerful, confident, and passionate Customer Service Support team eager to assist our clients with their inquiries and concerns.

Successful candidates must provide:

- Fluent English (speaking and writing),

- B2 in French language (speaking and writing),

- Previous experience in a similar role,

- Flexibility to work in a changing shift module to meet the client’s needs,

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

What we offer:

1 - Salary:

A fixed NET salary of 1000 TND for a 40-hours schedule per week.
