• Oversee and maintain disaster recovery or business technology succession plan.
• Oversee and manage short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
• Manage the IT staff that upgrades and maintains company computer systems, databases, mainframe systems, data communications networks and software programs.
• Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
• Provide consultative support to planning initiatives through analysis, reports, and recommendations.
• Advise with planning and policy-making committees.
