ALUMINIUM-LAUFEN TUNIS is a world class manufacturer of high engineered aluminum foundry products.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for:

Inside Sales & Planner

 Missions :

* Participate in the design of the product lines, define the procedures to follow and write the manufacturing files 

* Conduct feasibility studies to adapt the production tools to new sales demands 

* Implementation of qualitative and quantitative process improvements in line with strategic directions   

* Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay 

* Build and monitor daily activity indicators of production workshops (dashboards, graphs ...), then optimize production rates.

* Look for techno-economic solutions to optimize production costs (decrease consumption of raw materials ...).

* Analyze and determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover product orders from Sales departments

* Review logistics performance with customers against targets, benchmarks, and service agreements.

* Supervise relations with industrial subcontractors (equipment manufacturers, parts manufacturers, industrial maintenance providers ...)

* Justify the gaps in production, propose recommendations and adjust the production plan in order to deliver the order on time

Profile :

* Engineer (Material, Geni-Industrial, Mechanic, Electric or electronic or any related engineer background

* Previous experience as production, planner or technical sales (at least 5 years)

* Estimating the Quantifiable Characteristics of Products

* Read, interpret and understand the results of various analyzes

* Good practice modeling, design and computer-assisted design software (Autocad, corel draw,…)

* Mathematics Skills
