MISSIONS
-Performs maintenance and servicing of all equipment.
- Lead and coordinate on the production sites the technical activities of manufacturing, maintenance, and team management in connection with the production manager.
- Organize and supervise the activity of technicians posted maintenance (electro technicians, mechanics, frigoristes...) in corrective as in preventive...
- Carry out maintenance work in accordance with QHSE rules (Quality, Health, Safety, and environment), costs and deadlines.
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment in accordance with the factory working instructions and procedures.
- Apply and monitor production, safety and hygiene rules & practices.
- Advise, inform and coordinate the production and technical development of the company.
- Ensure the technical coordination of product development.
- Ensure the training of the technical team.
PROFILE
-Ability to manage a workshop and lead a team.
- Ability to adapt to all situations and change very quickly tasks to manage multiple production sections.
- Master perfectly technical knowledge in the food industry confectionery, packaging machines and industrial refrigeration equipment.
- Must have Food industry experience (biscuit, confectionery, flow pack wrapping)
- A post-secondary degree, preferably in the mechanical, electrical or electronics sector.
- More than 5 years’ experience in food industry
- Bilingualism in oral (English and French) intermediate level.
