United Cultures Foundation is hiring a General Secretariat who speaks fluently English, Arabic and French. Rounded academic Master with work experience in organization and cultural fields.

You are a sober, customer oriented team player with an open character that will make you share knowledge and develop yourself further.

Results oriented, flexible, proactive and disciplined in performing your work at board and management level and able to support others.

University thinking and transferring creativity it to work action.

A thinker, A vision air, A planner and organizing skills, results orientation, enterprise, judgment, integrity and team leadership player.

You are customer focused, committed, professional, honest, sensitive, communicative organization and able to work independently.

You have at least 5 years of proven relevant work experience, preferably in cultural organizations, investments, economy and governmental sectors. Socially involved and interested in international cultures.

Job requirements General Secretary (English, Arabic, France) is responsible for ;

Managing

l  Follow up with design teams finalizing cooperate designs.

l  Follow up with IT teams finalizing United Cultures Portal, mobile app ex.

l  Follow up with media teams finalizing social media online & offline and media campaigns.

Organizing

l  Together with the Board makes make new policies and monitors the procedures.

l  Dealing with designers and connecting them with others designers worldwide to make protocols. ( products).

l  Sett up partners agreements with third parties to become a partner for the board or managers to sign.

l  Makes arrangements for the Board with third parties.

l  Structure all Administrative work from past 15 years.

l  Knowledge of administrative and change processes.

l  Knowledge of worldwide organizations structures how they operate.

l  Recorded in minutes of meeting and send it to board and managers and monitors the procedures afterwords.

Communication

l  Dealing with boards members, managers and personal.

l  Dealing with chairman's of Universities, Ngo's, Cultural institutions, Organizations and Top cultural companies.

l  Dealing with Minister of Culture and Ministries of Cultures, Economy and Tourism.

l  Dealing with Cultures representative & top artist representative of each culture.
