Exigences de l'emploi

Organization and Attitude:

• Good customer awareness, ability to manage customer expectations.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills and style, 
• Self starter, self motivated, team player
• A good understanding of service support best practices
• At least 2 year previous experience in system and/or network administration role  and helpdesk

Tecnical:

•  Windows Server 2012/ 2016, Active Directory Domain Services ,GPO
• DHCP, DNS, Group Policies
•  Strong Networking – inc. Broadband, Wifi, Firewall
• Experience virtualization (Vmware, Hyper-V)
• Server Backup administration
•  Good in English. Base level in Spanish or Italian would be a benefit
