Exigences de l'emploi
Organization and Attitude:
- Good customer awareness, ability to manage customer expectations.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills and style,
- Self starter, self motivated, team player
- A good understanding of service support best practices
- At least 2 year previous experience in system and/or network administration role and helpdesk
Tecnical:
- Windows Server 2012/ 2016, Active Directory Domain Services ,GPO
- DHCP, DNS, Group Policies
- Strong Networking – inc. Broadband, Wifi, Firewall
- Experience virtualization (Vmware, Hyper-V)
- Server Backup administration
- Good in English. Base level in Spanish or Italian would be a benefit
