Position description:
You will be requested to provide operational day-to-day support for the users within the company.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Troubleshoot & support software applications, various hardware/software configurations and run appropriate testing & diagnostics, for local and remote users
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems and escalate problems when necessary
- Document incidents/problems and clearly document the issue, troubleshooting steps taken, and comments in the incident management system.
- Help provision, deploy & troubleshoot end user workstations and laptops.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of Active Directory users and email
Profile:
You are a fresh graduate technician, or you have a master’s degree in information technologies.
Strong knowledge is required for:
- Computer’s hardware troubleshooting
- Active Directory Domains, DNS & DHCP administration.
- Understanding and troubleshooting network related issues. A good knowledge of TCP/IP protocols is needed.
- Installation and troubleshooting of Windows 7/8/10 and any Windows 2008 / 2012 / 2016 Server operating systems.
