Main Responsibilities :
- Lead team in creating content in line with the Jumia standard and KPIs
- Manage SLAs & reporting across sub-teams: content writing, photography, image editing, quality control
- Carry out team training on relevant skills
- Monitor the effectiveness of new and existing content tools and take the lead on coming up with solutions
- Synergie with other teams for the optimization of content and other related initiatives
- Work effectively without close supervision and take lead of local projects
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate flawlessly in both verbal and written mediums with impeccable spelling and grammar.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) tools
- Working knowledge of Google Office Productivity Tools.
- Ability to deal with ambiguous problems and build lasting solutions.
- Project and team management skills are essential
- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets and also prioritize tasks under pressure
