We are hiring on behalf of a multinational specialized in electrical and optical connectivity systems:
Production Team Leader
RESPONSABILITIES
- Meet the given routing time of production orders,
- Meet
the quality targets (ppm, returns, claims; scrap,…),
- Meet
the On time delivery target
- Improve
the process capabilities,
- Manage,
motivate and develop the operators and team leaders
- Ensure
that customer requirements are addressed
- Recruit
new employees
- Lead,
motivate and develop the Production employees and enable the Team leaders to
perform in a high level
- Set
up clear flows and conduct rules in the production area
- Take
responsibility of KPI‘s: Safety, Quality, Environment, Efficiency, Costs, On
time delivery for production orders.
- Daily
and monthly Reporting of KPI’s with detailed actions for deviations and
potential improvements
- Lead
the continuous improvement process in the production area regarding quality,
safety, environment, costs, efficiency, on
- time
deliveries, etc…
- Ensure preventive maintenance and reparation of all production equipment according to the instruction given by the multinational
- Improve
processes without major changes of the process
- Organize
training and educations of employees (introduction program, refresh
training,…). Regular update of skill matrix
- Ensure
the strict respect of the safety rules
- Optimize
the use of consumables (documented follow-up of target/achieved)
- Increase
quality awareness mindset and develop quality problems solving abilities of his
team
- Ensure
the maintenance of the facility and the installations
- Give
daily clear feedback about PO’s status to logistics department
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
- University
level: education in electronics/industrial/ electrical/mechanical/engineering
- Professional
experience – minimum 6 years
- Good
written and spoken English
- Good
experience in Lean production and management of continuous improvement
- Result
and customer oriented
- Stress
resistance
- Very
good organizational skills, proactive.
- Very
good communication skills and inter-department respectful cooperation
- Good
Analytical skills.
- Good
experience in quality problems solving ( familiar with quality tools such as
PDCA, 8D, 5 Whys, 6M,…) and quality
- Standards
( ISO 9001:, ISO/TS 16949 ).
- Computer
Knowledge (MS Office, MS Project, SAP)
- Strong
leadership skills
- Highly
