provide legal advice at the local company management in Tunisia , Morocco and Egypt on various legal and regulatory matters , local commercial contracts 

négociateurs , review and draft local supply and service agreements , construction and subcontractor agreements operation and maintenance agreements site leases and other real estate agreements for the respective North African legal entities .

provide advice in connection with, and develop and execute implementation of , legal and administrative processes and standards 

support with legal and regulatory aspects under the laws of Tunisia , Morocco and Egypt

Coordinate with and support the head of legal group plants & operations , in particular regarding review of contracts and legal documents that impact local , regional and global operations as well as assessment of legal risks 

support of head of legal group plants & operations in definition of preventive and corrective legal strategies in different internal processes and training of personnel off different legal subjects related of their activities 

General commercial and technical understanding as well as knowledge of international large corporations 

Sensibility for management needs and business processes and strong ability to interact affectively all levels of the organization , especially with the local management 

ability and willingness to work closely within a global organization and a multinational legal department

excellent written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a ( virtual ) team

strong drafting and negotiating experience as well as strong analytical skills 

competent user of microsoft office suite of applications , especially including word and power-point
