In order to drive forward the growth of PAS we are seeking experienced HR Transformation senior consultant with relevant expertise to support the growth of the team and successfully deliver client assignments, broadly covering the following areas:

  • Support the client in the identification, development, implementation and realization of the HR strategy through transformation, including business case and roadmap development
  • Streamline, optimize and automate business processes to improve HR performance - focusing on the employee experience while maintaining alignment to the business and HR strategy
  • Support the client in the analysis, design and implementation of HR service delivery and ongoing performance improvement at an organizational level
  • Ensure alignment of policies and controls with the overall business and HR strategy, inclusive of knowledge management, policy reconciliation and compliance related activities
  • Provide structure and governance for the management of transformation programs, including efficiently and effectively managing project activities, risks, benefits, budgets, stakeholders and concurrent initiatives
  • Support organizations to optimize their processes, improve service delivery, and enhance the employee experience through technology enabled solutions
  • Inform and empower the transformation teams, stakeholders and employees throughout the transformation program, inclusive of impact assessments through role transition management

Your key responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include core consulting and programme delivery across your area of expertise, project management activities will also include:

  • Structure and manage projects and programmes to meet and exceed client expectations;
  • Implement leading project management practices
  • Execute project management across the full lifecycle of programmes
  • Support managing project delivery, budget, profitability and scope
  • Recognise and manage risks and issues
  • Represent your teams, workstreams and projects in relevant meetings
  • Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of a culture service, engagement offering and people strategies.
  • Proactively manage senior client stakeholders, including delivering difficult messages and managing performance issues, up to Senior Management and C-Suite levels.
  • Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement

Business Development

  • Contribute towards and lead business development and client pursuit efforts by preparing proposals and delivering winning proposals and presentations to clients

 Practice and People management

  • Identifies and discusses opportunities to delegate work to less experienced team members
  • Provides learning opportunities for less experienced team members with agreement from Senior Managers, and reviews delegated work
  • Provides timely, authentic and constructive feedback to colleagues and seeks feedback in return
  • Assists with the integration and inclusion of new team members
  • Be up to date with key technical and functional skills, and with industry, business and leadership skills & knowledge - and share this expertise with others
  • Encourages development of team members though formal and informal coaching
  • Reinforces our values, through day to day behaviour and challenge disrespectful behaviour

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Proven experience in one or more of the following: process design, HR Transformation, project management, organisational design, policy harmonisation, HR tools and technology optimisation, change management
  • Experienced management consultant/HR professional with relevant experience in advising clients on large scale HR programmes and change projects within large and complex organisations
  • Proven track record of delivering HR related projects
  • Demonstrated track record of building client relationships
