Description de l'annonce:

The Project Manager is in charge of successfully deploying solutions for IRSEL’s customers. 

Project Management Responsibilities, 80% work load: 

Plan, forecast, monitor and drive the projects to meet expected budget and timeline 
Define documents necessary for project monitoring with customer (SOW, reports, etc….) 
Budget and allocate the necessary resources for a service launch 
Maintain close collaboration with different participants in the project, including but limited to Customer team, internal team, and partner organizations, ensuring that timely customer feedback is given, and customer commitments are met 
Maintain a high degree of understanding of the product and services offered 

Reporting Responsibilities, 20% work load: 
Provide monthly status reports to the management on all ongoing projects. 
Monitor customer satisfaction board 

Competencies and required experience 
He/she should have a strong interest in the mobile and financial solutions field with a desire to participate in an innovative project. This person will need to have entrepreneurship aspirations to lead and successfully deploy hosted solutions. 

Educational level 
Master Degree in Business or Engineering

Exigences

 Good communication skills in oral and written English and French

 Master Degree in Business or Engineering

 Good planning and people skills

 Some experience in software development is a plus
