seeks to recruit a PRODUCTION MANAGER for its subsidiary in Tunisia based on Bir dressen, Beni Khalled :

MISSION :

Attached to the Plant Manager, you will occupy a richposition in collaborationwithlogisticsandquality. You will havethemissionofmanagingtheproductionwithin an industrialsite in fullexpansion in a sectorofactivitywith high requirementsofrigor.

Your main tasks are as follows:

Ø  You will be in charge of the management, the training and the constructive animation of the production teams (team leaders and operators),

Ø  You will be responsible for organizing the production, and flows within the shop floors in coordination with the logistics,

Ø  You will ensure the daily monitoring of the production and the achievement of the DPM, the productivity, quality, efficiency targets,

Ø  You will ensure the respect and the good follow-up of the deadlines of the products delivery ordered by the customers,

Ø  You will participate in the reduction of costs and you will optimize the tool of the production,

Ø  You will be responsible for the respect of the application of the procedures and the work process, the delivery schedules, the declarations on SAGE X3,

Ø  You will animate indicators and dashboards, redirect activity according to the results,

Ø  You will take the necessary corrective actions as part of the continuous improvement of performance,

Ø  You ensure compliance with the standards in force for the protection of the Environment, Hygiene and Safety.

REQUIREMENTS

You have an engineering diploma specialized in electromechanical, in production or equivalent.

You have proven experience from 5 to 10 years in a production management function. You enjoy a professional career in an industry operating in medical devices, pharmaceutical or automotive.
You have an excellent command of French and English. You have good knowledge of the sector, the market and professional institutions.

You have a good command of the tools of continuous improvement (5S, QRQC, KANBAN ...).
