Responsibilities :
- Provide support to the Operations Manager in the day to day running of the organization
- Schedule projects and ensure assignments are carried out as planned
- Serve as a guide for fresh staff
- Carry out evaluation of the company's operational goals and suggest ways for its improvement
- Develop staffing requirements and plans in coordination with projects managers
- Analyze and resolve operations and workflow issues
- Monitor and communicate daily , weekly and monthly production data's/ reports to the operations manager
- Collaborate with HR team to develop employee training programs
Education:
- BS in Engineering / construction management or equivalent combination of education , technical training and related experience
- 4 to 7 years of experience in projects construction
