Duties and responsibilities

 Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

 Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

 Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns using the full

marketing mix for the company's marketing communications.

 Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites.

 conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences

 devising and presenting ideas and strategies

 promotional activities

 compiling and distributing financial and statistical information

 writing and proofreading creative copy

 maintaining websites and looking at data analytics

 organising events and product exhibitions

 updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system

 coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture

 monitoring performance

 Manage campaigns on social media.

 Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management

 Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

 Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

 Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

 Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

 Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

 Assist colleagues whenever necessary

 Design and update job descriptions

 Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional

platforms)

 Screen incoming resumes and application forms

 Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

 Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally

 Assist in performance management processes

 Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

 Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

Required skills

 Bachelor's degree

 3+ years of experience in Marketing

 3+ years of experience in office administration

 Excellent time management, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills

 Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

 Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

 Excellent organizational and leadership skills

 Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

 Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)

 Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
