The Customer Support Associate III position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of complex problems regarding client's product or services.

Join us as a Business Travel Consultant supporting Egencia, a first-in-class travel organisation, delivering high-touch customer care solutions from our new Corporate Travel Centre in Dublin, Ireland.

This is an exciting career opportunity for travel agents or ticketing agents looking to move from the leisure travel industry into a corporate role servicing business customers. This will suit people with a passion for travel, with a willingness to relocate for the right opportunity.

A few things you’ll need…

  • Successful candidates will have a good working knowledge of Travel GDS System such as Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan or Sabre
  • You’ll be fully proficient in English, both written and oral
  • A natural enthusiasm for client service, with a friendly and professional approach
  • You’ll be great at finding solutions and solving problems, leaving the customer happy every time
  • Strong listening skills, and the ability to build strong rapport with the customer, anticipating their needs and demonstrating empathy
