Challenges:
Apply Supply Chain (SC) standard processes and tools
Ensure accurate and efficient Raw Material Supply process
Raw Material order management on regular basis (check, release, send) based on the MRP output
Permanent check of the material availability in order to prevent shortages;
Ensure continuous supply from suppliers according to the orders sent
Identify urgent materials and initiates the escalation process of supplier bottlenecks in case of shortages
Develop and maintain regular contact with suppliers
Insure regularly reviews to the supplier delivery performance evaluation; take action against nonperforming suppliers
Permanent control of inventories to maintain them at the optimum level in order to achieve the defined targets
Close monitoring of technical changes in order to ensure the availability of material and avoid obsolescence
Ensure the accuracy of parameters in the system for Raw Materials
Offer support in the truck planning (inbound) together with the transport coordinator
Participate in the Stock-take process in the plant
Create different recurrent reports
Prepare the reports in a correct and efficient manner
Ensure the right archive of relevant documents
Preparation of reports for presentations
Help and assist the Supply Chain Department in problem solving
Participate in Departmental meetings
Develop and implement action plans permanently
Allocate time and resources in accordance with the development plan
Recommend, develop and implement continuous improvement actions of the supply chain processes, procedures, policies, activities and reports
Set up objectives and priorities to achieve the targets
Identify performance deviations and develop action plans for corrections

Profile:
University degree/ Engineer
Economics / Logistics / Technical / commercial/scientific(Maths; sciences,etc...)
Languages : Arabic, French, Fluent English, Fluent Coreen
