Rebootkamp "RBK" we are an authentic, passionate and creative software development training center and we are seeking to hire a qualified Communication Officer.

The Communication Officer will work to deliver effective internal and external communications and ensure high visibility for Rebootkamp “RBK” Tunisia  and its different programs, goals and achievements.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify, propose and implement digital communications measures to improve the awareness and promotion of “RBK” events, helping obtain maximum visibility internally and externally.
  • Identify and monitor key media outlets and digital influencers for coverage of and references to “RBK”.
  • Coordinate Media and Associations Partnerships : target potential participants.
  • Preparation of communications budgets.
  • Coordinate the production of multimedia content such as promotional videos and podcasts, intro and outro stings in order to support event sales, promotion and outreach; participate in regular editorial/content meetings; propose story ideas; identify topics with compelling visual and audio elements to create stories, using images, video, podcasts, infographics, slideshows and other media as appropriate.
  • Assist with the social media presence with the aim of building increased awareness around “RBK” events.
  • Coordinate the onsite event photography activities; maintain event photo albums and liaise with photographers for on brand photos.

Required education, experience and skills :

  • University degree in communications, digital marketing or related field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in communications.
  • Strong English and French writing and editing skills; able to produce clear, concise and engaging messages.
  • Comprehensive understanding of building social media communities, particularly on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to work in a team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities within specified timeframes.
  • Collaborative, creative and flexible.
  • Proactive, highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills.
  • Passionate about digital communication, with a strong desire to learn about new technologies.
