Nous recrutons pour le compte d'une multinationale un Business Analyst - Finance.

Mission 

Effectively pushing forward the business, ensuring governance and proper controls and continuously improving the operation of the finance function 

Activities : 

Document Technical/Functional specifications for configurations  

• Assist & Train Finance users with issues  
• Ensure conformance to the financial core model at the region and global level 
• Work closely with regional and global teams to support new initiatives 
• Maintain process documents and diagrams for the Finance Functions  
• Help continuously improve reporting tools, and processes to ensure access to accurate data  
• Collaborate across all functions, from data and advanced analytics to ops facing teams, to distill complex inputs into financial results 
• Enable data-driven, high-impact decision making across the company 

Profile :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Computer Science or Equivalent  
•  1-3 years experience as a Finance Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst of equivalent positions in finance or IT 
• Ability to work independently and with others 
• Time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines 
• Good communication with ability to present ideas in a business-friendly manner 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office   
• Fluent in English 
• Knowledge in Cost Accounting and Standard Costing methodologies 
• Ability to work with large data sets with an aptitude for problem-solving 
• Database knowledge (SQL, Progress, MySQL, etc.) 
• Understanding of basic GAAP accounting concepts
