CRIT is recruiting for our client, an international company in the IT sector a GIS Application Delivery Manager.

Overall responsibilities and duties:

Responsible for daily competence centers team management which includes SAP (Abap & Fiori) development, Business Intelligence, SAP PI and EBCS (Bank Transfert), ETL (Informatica), RPA (UiPath), Master data management (Orchestra Networks) and Data Steward teams.

Ensure continuous team performance while coordinating with central teams.

This role will require good team management skills to keep the team focus on high delivery quality. 

The main missions of the role are:

  • Manage the team in a precise way and with organized and logical method, ensuring resource management follow-up.
  • Daily team management: Define proper KPIs for whole team and closely monitoring it.
  • Manage internal knowledge transfer and keep continuous technial/functional knowledge refresh. Establish & track skills matrix including improvement action plan
  • Lead / coach team members to always keep sensitivity on new technologies
  • Finalize the new members recruitment base on the plan. Control Turnover of the whole team. Elaborate and maintain replacement plan
  • Ensure close and trusting relationships with other IT teams (SAP Admin & monitoring, IT Operations, SAP MII, CWS, Engineering IT, GTF)
  • Make sure workload vs staffing is properly balanced
  • Guaranty delivery is at right quality level, expected cost and promised date.
  • Contribute to team development and build cooperative relationship with partners.
  • Establish good and trustful communication locally and together with respective functional manager
  • Lead the mindset of innovation and motivate the team members to make sure their full involvement
