Training Supervisor
Place of work: Sousse- Tunisia
Essential requirements of skills, experience, physical requirements etc.:
Degree in electrical, industrial, mechanical engineering or equivalent
Proven experience as a maintenance manager.
Very good experience in planning maintenance operations
Very good technical expertise in electricity and mechanics
Very good leadership skills.
Good interpersonal skills
High flexibility.
Very good problem solving skills
Excellent time management skills
Very good organizational skills
Teamwork
Very good skills in spare parts management
Computer Knowledge: MS Office, GMAO, CATS, PDM, SAP
Main tasks, duties, authorization limits and deputy functions:
University degree: Technician or Engineer in electricity, electronics, HR management or equivalent
Professional experience - at least 4 years in production or in a similar position
Able de define an effective training plan of the DP
Fast learner in production processes
Creative person
Good teaching skills
Computer skills: MS Office, SAP is an advantage
Language skills: Good written and spoken English
Good knowledge of continuous improvement tools
Good organizational skills
Very good communication skills
