An Industrial Automative company Based in the North West of Tunisia Seeking to recruit a warehouse Responsible

Employment Requirement:

Missions:

Attached directly to the plant logistic department manager and you will be in charge of:

-Management and organization of logistics flows

-Monitoring of Transport of Raw Materials and Modules

-Stock Management

- Inventory Management

-Management and improvement logistics performance Stores

-Information management on the planning / Stock of modules and semi-finished products on SAP

-Ensuring customer service level agreements are met in full; investigating and resolving complaints
-Setting standards and managing performance of all operatives and drivers in the team including annual performance reviews
-Managing attendance and planning resources to match business volume requirements
-Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements
-Effective management of any stock issues
-Ensuring corrective and preventative management to meet Quality Management System requirements
-Developing skills of warehouse operatives and drivers through training and development
-Encouraging continuous improvement in people and processes
-Overall responsibility for maintenance of a tidy, clean and safe warehouse environment
-Ensuring that daily delivery deadlines are met

Profile Required:

- Master’s degree or a license in logistics
- An understanding experience of minimum 5 years in logistic (Automative Industry)

- Have good computer skills; Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Knowledge in SAP, ERP, Lotus notes

- Knowledge in Supply Chain Management

- Ability to behave decisively, patiently with self-confidence

-Be highly motivated, confident and ambitious,

-Be extremely well organized and have excellent interpersonal skills

- Communication and problem solving skills
