Challenges:

·  P&L Responsibility

·  Supervise the deliveries deadlines: Management of the MPS

·  Adherence to the orientation of the plant section and the plant, Results

·  Manage the Expenses in order to ensure that they are within budget limits

·  Achieve the daily, weekly and monthly targets according to schedule

·  Assume responsibility for the following indicators (not complete): PCR, CAPEX, Efficiency, PPM (internal, official) and complaints (official and unofficial), non-quality costs, customer service rate, OEE, absenteeism, etc., with necessary countermeasures and escalation. (e.g. KOSU, KATA)

·  Respect the Customer deadlines.

·  Assign and supervise jobs

·  Assume responsibility for the realization of strategic and operative projects (Team Building and Management),

·  Monitoring of the production process

·  Prepare, implement and monitor in time the production programs (even in case of sub-contracted production)

·  Coordinate the engineering and change management activities in coordination with central department

·  Manage and optimize the production processes and plant section layout

·  Ensure proper use of components and materials

·  Ensure the availability of necessary materials for production and their evaluation in coordination with central Supply Chain Management

·  Optimize the storage (inventory) of materials

·  Ensure good conditions for audits

·  Secure resources for work place optimization and line balancing

·  Awareness and compliance with safety regulations

·  Awareness and compliance with all Charta (Ethic, social, Antitrust, etc.)

·  Awareness of all internal policies (Travels, car, etc.)

·  Awareness of Project Management,

·  Comply with organizational standards and guidelines

·  Ensure use of Manual Production Technique and it's rules and regulations (e.g. released equipment).

·  Implement and monitor the LPSplus elements

·  Leading cross functional teams to improve the processes in the area of reasonability and contribute to the continuous improvement process (CIP).

·  Awareness and compliance with all quality standards (Management manual) and knowledge of seven quality tools.

·  Awareness of the standards or guidelines implemented in the Plant

·  Implement the statistical methods in process control and ensure an effective self-control system. 5S:

·  Organize the workplaces to eliminate the waste on the shop floor and in office area using 5S Methodology as support

·  Perform scheduled 5S audits as agreed to head the exchange,

·  Perform management "walk-around".

·  Develop strong management team via training, coaching and mentoring and groom successors for all positions

·  Ensure proper target setting and staff performance appraisal against assigned targets in line with the LEONI’s performance management guidelines

·  Continuously improve staff satisfaction in the department and minimize turnover

Qualifications:

• Master/Engineering /Bachelor

• IT : MS Office

• Langues : French, English, German is a plus

• Experience : Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant Production Management role
