We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Swiss multinational company operating in the automotive sector, with facilities based in Tunisia (Sousse)
Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Management
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures that align with the company’s global standards and local regulations.
- Partner with senior management to design and execute HR strategies supporting business objectives in Tunisia.
- Drive organizational change initiatives and support continuous improvement culture.
2. Talent Acquisition & Development
- Lead recruitment campaigns to attract, select, and retain top talent.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and career development programs.
- Implement succession planning and talent management strategies.
- Promote technical and soft skills training aligned with industry needs.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.
- Lead employee engagement programs to ensure motivation and retention.
- Mediate conflicts and ensure fair employee relations practices.
4. Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with Tunisian labor law, social security regulations, and occupational health & safety standards.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage payroll in collaboration with finance.
- Monitor and report HR performance metrics and KPIs.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Benchmark industry practices in the automotive sector to ensure market competitiveness.
- Recommend adjustments based on performance, market, and global HR guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Tunisian labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and organizational development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong adaptability to a dynamic industrial environment.
