As part of the reinforcement of our Quality Management System, we are looking for an experienced Quality Systems Engineer with in-depth knowledge of the IATF 16949 standard and quality system documentation.

🎯 Main Responsibilities:

• Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949.

• Manage and update all quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, records);

• Maintain quality records and documentation retention;

• Supports and takes part in implementation of quality standards;

• Follows customer specific requirements and their compliance;

• Assures continuous improvement according to quality standards;

• Participates actively in second and third party audits preparation;

• Monitors internal audit planning;

• Prepare, conduct, and follow up on internal system audits ;

• Analyze non-conformities related to quality management system and lead corrective and preventive action plans;

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all internal processes;

• Train and raise awareness among teams regarding quality requirements and best practices;

• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, logistics, and other key departments.

🧠 Profile Required:

• Engineering degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IATF 16949 requirements.

• Experience in managing quality documentation systems.

• Detail-oriented, autonomous, and well-organized with strong interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written).

• IATF Internal Auditor certification is a strong asset.
