About Us

To support our continued expansion, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Business Development Assistant** to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

·  Develop and expand the supplier portfolio across North Africa.

·  Ensure the continuity and quality of supplier relationships.

·  Conduct market research and monitor sector trends to identify new opportunities.

·  Support the business development team in planning and executing strategy.

·  Collaborate with internal departments to align supplier strategies with company objectives.

·  Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.

·  Participate in international business trips to meet suppliers and attend industry events.

Required Profile

·  At least 2 years of experience in a similar business development or procurement position.

·  Fluency in English and French is essential.

·  Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

·  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

·  Knowledge of the agri-food, pharmaceutical, or technical grade sectors is a plus.
