Nous conseillons nos clients Européens sur leur stratégie dans nos domaines d’expertise en intervenant pour leur compte en Europe sur place ou à distance. Quand ils le souhaitent, nous les accompagnons dans l’installation d’équipes de proximité (Nearshore) en Tunisie.

Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting and Services company operating in the ITO and BPO areas. We advise our European Customers for their IT projects: From Business Process Digitalization to Infrastructure evolutions and Cloud migrations.

We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a leading provider of high-quality financial services and products in the Dutch mortgage market, serving consumers, brokers, and investors alike. We are looking for a Recruiter and People Developer to join their growing team

Your work environment:

As a Recruiter and people developer, you form a team with the HR Coordinator in Tunis and two Recruiters abroad (The Netherlands. This team is the point of contact for everything to do with recruitment & selection of new colleagues and onboarding! You are part of the HRM department in The Netherlands.

In this role you will focus on the Tunisian labor market but work closely with the Dutch team.

As a recruiter and people developer, you will:

·  Solve challenging recruitment issues for the company. You are in daily contact with team leads across the business and define the recruitment strategy together with them.

·  You know how to engage hiring managers in recruitment activities and support them in unlocking their networks and approaching potential candidates.

·  Sourcing is our "default," so you are expected to actively take ownership of it and demonstrate strong sourcing skills.

·  Maintaining a talent pipeline to proactively anticipate hiring needs is part of your role, as is being creative in your recruitment methods.

·  Attract and excite the right talent for the company.

·  You stay informed about the job market and have a clear understanding of your target audiences.

·  With your experience, you help us continuously improve our recruitment processes focusing on speed, quality, and a candidate-centric approach.

·  In this role you encompass the process of enhancing an individual's skills, knowledge, abilities, and well-being to reach their full potential, both personally and professionally.

·  Focus on nurturing someone's capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within an organization.

·  Providing opportunities for training, mentorship, coaching, and career progression.

·  Be a driving force for the enrichment and improvement of existing HR processes.

In short as a Recruiter:

·  Devise new and effective recruitment activities to reach candidates and increase inflows

·  Search the entire web for the best talent, including using boolean search, search engines and social media campaigns

·  Do telephone intakes with potential candidates to convince them to come for interviews

·  Conduct selection interviews with the hiring managers on a regular basis

  In short as a People developer:

·  Create and manage your talent pools

·  You are you and your team responsible for onboarding

·  Devise and organize internal events to remain attractive to our own employees and make them aware of opportunities within the group

·  You are the sparring partner for employees and team leads to get the best out of people and teams

Your Qualifications:

·   At least 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably on both the agency and corporate side

·   A Bachelor/master degree in HR or similar field

·  Excellent english language skills both written and spoken

·  knowledge of talent sourcing techniques, such as Boolean search

·  Experience setting up social media campaigns

·  Experience with an ATS, preferably Recruitee/Tellent

·  You show initiative and want to be an expert in your field.

·  Giving and asking for feedback is your 2nd nature.

·  You get energy from working together in a complex environment and you see opportunities for development.

·  You go for results and dare to speak up. 

·  You are structured in your work, data-driven and can change gear last-minute and stay alert under time pressure.

·  You are communicatively strong, you quickly switch between different layers in the organization. 

·  You are a go-getter and come up with creative solutions.

·  You are able to report on your activities and set up a data-driven recruitment strategy.
