Your Mission & Role 📢

You will

·  Ensure that the customer changes are logged, progressed, updated/authorized and actioned/resolved within the scope of the Service Level Agreement.

·  Coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

·  Prepare reports on statistical information.

Your profile

·  German language level fluent (minimum C1 level).

·  Keen interest in automotive engineering and new technologies.

·  Strong communication skills, structured way of working and analytical skills.

·  English will be a plus.

Location: Tunis - Tunisia. This position will be hybrid
