Subcontract Manager:

1. Responsible for compliance initiatives within procurement process.

2. Responsible for and directs all phases of the procurement process from subcontractor sourcing, subcontract management plans, pro forma contract drafting, tendering documents preparation, bidding evaluation, negotiation strategy, purchase order or subcontract creation and execution and maintenance, contract closeouts.

3. Responsible for creating accurate procurement or subcontract budget, covering labour, material and equipment, management, temporary or permanent facilities.

4. Familiar with the subcontracting work of the main disciplines in Oil and Field facility construction, include engineering work, civil work, mechanical work, electrical work, instrument work, building work, telecom work, cathodic protection work, firefighting work, construction insurance work, temporary facilities work.

5. Familiar with construction contract structure and composition, pricing and settlement terms, payment methods, responsible for subcontractor invoice and payment, variation and claims.

6. Procurement department daily management work and support.
