📢 We're hiring: Talent Acquisition Manager

🎯 About the Role

As our business continues to grow and evolve, we are looking for a passionate and talented Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce.

This is a hands-on leadership position, where you’ll oversee the full talent acquisition lifecycle and drive employer branding initiatives that reflect our culture, values, and growth ambitions.

 

 

đź”§ Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor our recruitment team, setting clear operational goals and driving performance through coaching and collaboration

  • Design and implement recruitment plans to attract and hire top talent across departments and projects according to the business needs

  • Develop and execute employer branding campaigns in partnership with the Communication Department to increase brand visibility and promote our unique culture

  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support talent needs across our operations

  • Continuously assess and develop your team through tailored growth plans and performance management

  • Optimize processes and tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience

 

 

🧠 What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a track record of leading teams and processes in dynamic environments

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing tools

  • Demonstrated success in employer branding, social media hiring strategies, and proactive sourcing methods

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills — you’re comfortable engaging with both candidates and stakeholders

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data, performance, and continuous improvement

  • Fluency in English and French is required
