This is a hands-on leadership position, where you’ll oversee the full talent acquisition lifecycle and drive employer branding initiatives that reflect our culture, values, and growth ambitions.

đź”§ Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor our recruitment team, setting clear operational goals and driving performance through coaching and collaboration
Design and implement recruitment plans to attract and hire top talent across departments and projects according to the business needs
Develop and execute employer branding campaigns in partnership with the Communication Department to increase brand visibility and promote our unique culture
Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support talent needs across our operations
Continuously assess and develop your team through tailored growth plans and performance management
Optimize processes and tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience

🧠What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a track record of leading teams and processes in dynamic environments
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing tools
Demonstrated success in employer branding, social media hiring strategies, and proactive sourcing methods
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills — you’re comfortable engaging with both candidates and stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data, performance, and continuous improvement
Fluency in English and French is required
