We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our team and ensure the highest level of software quality across SKY PAY’s fintech solutions. The QA Tester will conduct manual and automated testing, identify bugs and performance issues, and collaborate with developers to refine digital payment and financial service platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, payment service providers (PSPs), and financial applications, with the ability to execute test cases, ensure compliance, and validate technical specifications for secure and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Review and analyze system specifications, user stories, and business requirements for validity and feasibility.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing for fintech products, payment gateways, and transaction processing systems.
  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
  • Evaluate product code and digital payment solutions to ensure security, scalability, and compliance.
  • Detect and track software defects, inconsistencies, and vulnerabilities within financial applications.
  • Perform regression testing to validate software updates and ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Create detailed logs and documentation for all testing phases, defects, and fixes.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, and product managers to enhance software reliability.
  • Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing for payment solutions and fintech services.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the Agile development lifecycle.

Security & Compliance Testing

  • Ensure all financial software solutions align with industry security standards, payment regulations (PCI DSS), and fraud prevention requirements.
  • Test encryption models, authentication flows, and risk assessment features within payment processing systems.
  • Validate transaction integrity and payment gateway security across multiple platforms.

Performance & Load Testing

  • Analyze system performance and conduct stress testing on high-traffic financial applications.
  • Monitor response times, latency issues, and payment processing efficiency.

Continuous Improvement & Documentation

  • Apply quality engineering principles to streamline test processes and enhance fintech product reliability.
  • Provide clear and comprehensive test reports and documentation to technical teams and executives.
  • Identify and implement QA best practices to optimize testing procedures and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in software development discussions, offering recommendations for improving SKY PAY’s fintech solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester in fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of PSP systems, payment gateways, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in project management, QA methodologies, and Agile development frameworks.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in test management software (qTest, Zephyr, Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Postman).
  • Proficiency in SQL for database validation and system performance analysis.
  • Working knowledge of API testing, automation frameworks, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Java).
  • Familiarity with blockchain-based payments, AI-driven fraud detection, and smart contract verification is a plus.
