🏢 About BNJMO Studios

At BNJMO Studios, we’re not just building games — we’re crafting creative universes full of charm, strategy, and magic. Our indie game label, BNJMO Games, is currently developing two unique titles:

- XO King: A tactical evolution of Tic-Tac-Toe with layered grids, strategic depth, and mind-game mechanics that reward planning and clever plays

- Maleficus: A colorful, chaotic multiplayer wizard brawler

We’re looking for a passionate Marketing & Community Manager who loves indie games and wants to help us grow our fanbase, communicate with players, and prepare for game launches across multiple platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

You’ll be the digital voice of BNJMO Games — managing our community, marketing content, and game store pages to keep players engaged and excited. Your tasks will

include:

📅 Plan and maintain a content calendar for social media (X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

📢 Post regular updates about our game development progress, features, and behind-the-scenes content

🎥 Help create and schedule visuals, trailers, GIFs, and devlogs (you don’t need to be a designer, but basic editing skills are a plus)

💬 Engage with our player community on Discord and other platforms (answer questions, spark conversations, gather feedback)

🧠 Suggest and run creative campaigns to grow our audience organically

🛍 Manage and optimize game store pages (Steam, Play Store, App Store): write/update descriptions, coordinate dev builds with the team, and prepare for release events

✍️ Write occasional blog posts, newsletters, and press materials

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Strong English and French writing and communication skills

Passion for indie games and storytelling

Experience with social media platforms and community management

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring fresh ideas

Familiarity with Steam and mobile game store pages is a big plus

Bonus: Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Premiere, Photoshop, etc.).

What We Offer

A chance to shape the public face of an indie studio and grow with us

Flexible schedule and remote-friendly work

Creative freedom and room to propose ideas

Early access to game builds and close collaboration with the dev team

Compensation based on experience and availability
