Location: Remote or based in Tunisia (preferred)

🏢 About BNJMO Studios

At BNJMO Studios, we build creative experiences through two main pillars: 

- WasisVR: Our immersive 3D visualization solution tailored for the real estate sector. We help property developers and architects showcase their projects in stunning, interactive VR environments. 

- BNJMO Games: Our self-produced game label currently developing two exciting titles: XO King and Maleficus. 

We're now expanding our WasisVR operations, and we're looking for a proactive Business Development & Partnerships Manager to help us grow our client base and build strong relationships within the real estate industry.

 

🧩 What You'll Do

As the face of WasisVR, your mission is to connect with real estate professionals, demonstrate the value of our product, and build lasting partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:

🔍 Research and identify new potential real estate clients (locally and internationally)

📞 Reach out via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to pitch WasisVR

🤝 Manage deal pipelines from prospecting to closing

🗓 Coordinate demos, meetings, and presentations with prospective clients

📬 Follow up with leads and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

🤝 Seek out and negotiate strategic partnerships with architecture firms, real estate agencies, and property developers — both in Tunisia and internationally

🌐 Represent the WasisVR brand professionally in all communications

 

🧠 What We're Looking For 

Excellent English and French communication skills (spoken and written) Experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (real estate or tech sector is a plus)

Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership

Comfortable handling outreach (calls, emails, messages)

Organized and able to manage a sales pipeline

Bonus: Knowledge or interest in VR, 3D visualization, or real estate markets
