Description :
The Lead HRBP is a strategic and operational role, which will work in partnership with the local management and operational leaders within designated service areas. The post holder will understand the HR and wider business strategy and the requirements of the functional departments for which they are responsible.
The Lead HRBP will work to ensure our global people strategies are aligned locally to support colleague engagement, development and the delivery of the HR and business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- With support from the Senior HRM lead our employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective communication initiatives at sites (newsletter, Bulgin beat, company meetings) .
- Create and Manage the consistent delivery of the people calendar (includes, performance management, salary and bonus, promotions and talent review cycles) in accordance with the people plan .
- Lead our culture change initiatives to improve our employee social climate and improve team working
- Ensure employee performance management processes (sickness, discipline, grievance) are robustly supported.
- With support from the Senior HRM, managing complex ER cases, working with employee councils, fairly representing all interests.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with managers and employees to increase internal customer satisfaction levels across the business
- Drive consistency of approach across the organisation in attracting, managing and developing talent to support current and future business needs (career pathway and succession planning frameworks)
- Manage the recruitment needs of the site in line with workforce plans and demands.
- Manage recruitment partners, budgets and HC approval process.
- Design and execute onboarding programme for all levels / roles to ensure colleagues are welcomed to the business and receive all necessary training and information
- Deliver corporate induction presentations monthly
- Take ownership of and work with the HR Operations team to ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law and ensuring line managers are up to date with any change in policy.
- Support the culture of employee engagement and wellbeing to deliver improved business performance.
- Work with HR Operations colleagues to ensure HR policy is implemented consistently and effectively.
- To support the development of workforce plans that advocate new models of working, support operational requirements, local and global strategies, and the annual business planning cycle.
- To work alongside the site leadership team to provide professional, customer focused, HR advice.
- Internal HR communication (Onboarding, new hires, departures, HR events, employee events: weddings, births, etc.) to develop strong working relationships.
- Plan and execute social actions in coordination with the HR Operations team
- HR Projects: Develop and/or administer special HR projects relating to HR Development
- Reporting: preparing all reporting referring to HR dashboard / KPIs
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,

5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or HR leadership role.

In-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices, employment laws, and HRIS systems.

Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy with business goals.
