Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting and Services company operating in the ITO and BPO areas. We advise our European Customers for their IT projects: From Business Process Digitalization to Infrastructure evolutions and Cloud migrations.
In this context, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as anIT Project Management Officer (PMO). Who will be responsible for a wide range of large (IT)-projects and report hierarchically to the Project Manager within BinitNS.
Position Description:
The IT PMO will be responsible for supporting the execution and monitoring of projects, providing valuable insights through data analysis, and contributing to the overall success of our project management initiatives. This role requires a candidate with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for optimizing project processes.
As an IT PMO, you help coordinate planning with all parties involved in the changes. During the realization and implementation phase of the project, you are supporting the project manager in all aspects of the project (risk management, stakeholder management, planning, and budgeting) while communicating clearly on the progress and details. Together withthe involved parties, you are the person who ensures that the project is realized.
Result Areas & Activities:
· Keep track of planning and help steer on the deadlines.
· Help keep the project under budget.
· Track and coordinate capacity.
· Signal and report on deviations per project.
· Contribute to the identification and assessment of project risks and issues.
· Support the development of risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
Job Requirements:
· Master’s degree in management or relevant field of studies
· Demonstrable knowledge and experience of working according to Agile methodology.
· At least 3 years of experience with IT projects
· Possession of basic knowledge of financial market regulations is an advantage.
· Skill in identifying and substantively analyzing developments and/or problems, devising solutions, and directing required actions.
· Skill in drafting reports and notes.
· Analytically strong, critical, and decisive and can keep an overview through helicopter view.
· Fluent in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
