Key Responsibilities :
Budget Cycle
✔ Collaborate with budget holders on quarterly budget estimations & revisions
✔ Conduct monthly KPI & year-end actual vs. budget analysis
✔ Prepare budget templates and presentation slides for leadership
Purchase to Pay Process :
✔ Review purchase requests for correct expense coding & budget allocation
✔ Validate invoices with supporting documents & 3-way matching
✔ Monitor project/operations progress and prepare monthly accruals
✔ Follow up on HQ technical assistance costs and raise necessary accruals
✔ Validate stock movements and support inventory stocktaking
✔ Minimum 3 years in a multinational company or 2+ years in a top-tier audit firm
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & Power BI
✔ Experience with ERP systems (D365 or S/4HANA preferred)
✔ Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
✔ Great communication and collaboration skills
