Senior Audit & Process Mapping

We are  looking for a Senior Audit and Process Mapping Specialist, reporting to the SSC Manager. 

Your mission is to:

• Map out and analyze Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs and SLAs to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
• Oversee activity transfer initiatives to streamline and standardize processes.
• Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to review and enhance financial process performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management on audit findings, process improvements, and performance metrics. 

Profil Demandé :

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in finance and accounting roles with a focus on auditing, process mapping, and financial analysis.
• Proven experience with O2C, P2P, and R2R processes.

Knowledge & Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting principles; strong understanding of shared services models and process optimization
• proficiency in financial systems and software (e.g., SAP or QAD); expertise in creating and maintaining process documentation;
• excellent communication and presentation skills; strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is desirable but not mandatory.
