Mission:
As part of our growth, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Manager - Control and Management (CDG) to lead the local control and management activities. As a CDG Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of the department's activities in your country, while aligning local decisions with the strategy defined by the Group's Control and Management Division. You will also be accountable for developing the autonomy and efficiency of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee processes, daily activities, and the use of control tools to ensure optimal site operation and quality service delivery.
- Define team objectives and foster a culture focused on measurable performance, promoting a results-driven approach.
- Manage and support talent within the team: performance evaluations, career plans, skills development, and employee engagement.
- Contribute to local financial performance by ensuring adherence to budgets, resource optimization, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Propose and implement initiatives to adapt local practices to the specificities of the country, while staying aligned with the Group's strategic directives.
- Represent the Group's Control and Management Division locally, ensuring the application of company values and management strategies.
- Adapt actions and objectives to the local reality, guiding teams through change and providing clear direction.
- Ensure regular and transparent reporting of strategic information, identifying operational blockages and highlighting opportunities for improvement.
- Work in synergy with other country managers, cultivating a cross-functional team spirit and maintaining smooth communication between various departments and services.
- Be proactive in suggesting process adjustments or initiating improvements tailored to local or global needs.
