Position Overview

We are looking for a professional Driver & Tour Guide to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Tunisia’s history, culture, and landscapes while ensuring safe and enjoyable travel experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

✅ Safe Transportation – Drive clients to destinations, including historical sites, cultural landmarks, and desert excursions.

✅ Guided Tours – Provide engaging, informative, and interactive storytelling about Tunisia’s rich heritage.

✅ Client Engagement – Tailor tours to match clients' interests and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

✅ Professionalism & Customer Service – Represent the agency with friendliness, reliability, and professionalism at all times.

✅ Coordination & Communication – Work closely with the agency team to ensure smooth tour operations.

✅ Administrative Support – Assist with bookings, payments, and receipts when required.

Requirements

🔹 Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

🔹 Fluent in at least two languages (additional languages are a plus).

🔹 Extensive knowledge of Tunisia’s tourist attractions, history, and culture or willingness to learn.

🔹 Excellent communication skills.

🔹 Professional, customer-oriented attitude

🔹 Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

🔹 Tourism certifications or affiliations (a plus).
