You oversee the entire order management process, ensuring smooth operations, customer communication, and shipment coordination. You manage the order lifecycle, from entry to invoicing, and proactively communicate with customers on logistics and supply chain matters. You maintain master data, ensure accurate pricing, and handle sales bookings, invoicing, and financial reconciliation. You coordinate document legalization, import permits, and track shipments, ensuring timely document sharing. You collaborate with the Demand Planner on batch allocations, monitor shipment values, and provide monthly sales visibility. You align with Finance and Commercial Operations on credit limits and handle customer complaints, driving corrective actions. You support the SNO Head of Customer Excellence by monitoring KPIs, updating dashboards, and preparing reports. You define and implement standards to improve customer experience.
You are a detail-oriented, results-driven team player with excellent communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive, organized, and tech-savvy, with experience in SAP and advanced Excel. Fluency in French and English is required, and prior supply chain experience is a plus.
