You lead the end-to-end grants process, from call for proposals to final close-out. You manage grantee relationships, oversee fund allocation, and ensure compliance.You oversee the selection, contracting, disbursement, and reporting of grants. You build and maintain strong relationships with grantees and partners. You ensure financial compliance, risk management, and transparent budgeting. You monitor project impact, conduct site visits, and provide evaluations. You implement best practices to improve fund efficiency.

You have 5+ years’ experience in youth employment, entrepreneurship, or private sector support. You hold a Master’s degree in Management, Economics, or a related field. You are fluent in English, French, and Arabic. You have strong skills in finance, reporting, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
